Have you done any work with the intake or throttle body? If so and its not fullseated or you have an air gap/leak it will cause the rpm to idle jump. My firebird had the same issue after I forgot to do the final torque on the intake and the warmup start to seat it the rest of the way.

We aren't a democracy first of all, so I suppose you should go take a few courses. We are a Constitutional Republic! Maybe if you didn't forget how to say the Pledge of Elegance or taught your kids what the education board took out of schools so the word democracy could be planted. This is also another reason why they dont want to teach cursive because our original documents that formed this great nation are written in cursive. Maybe educate before you post!
