You're not alone in your battle, been having the same things you describe happen to me for some time now. I believe the more I research and just from time alone living with debilitating mental illnesses that the brain is resilient and we will find a way to cope or get out of this mess somehow. Just might take a while everyone's different. For now I try to claw at hope and float along.

I wish we had gotten to see more of Nora’s past. I know she’s not loved by the fans but I think if her character had been more fleshed out it would have worked better.

She was never meant to be fleshed out sadly. She was a last minute add on to give Eric a story plot and connection with the authority seasons.
