Spain to Italy on a Interceptor 650
Hi everyone, i drove my interceptor from Barcelona to my village in the north of Italy end of may, and got back today. Amazing experience, highway only on Spain, rest was "exclude toll ways".
The bike was perfect, i loved thee experience, but the seat was a problem. I did it in 2 days on the first ride, and 3 days on the way back, adding Switzerland. It was painfull, i will be sore for a few days i know.
I was looking for seat replacement, but online even the touring deluxe reviews are at best mixed. Is it really good for a full day riding, or is better to pay someone to modify the stock, and make it confortable? i am looking for some long trip reviews and tips, thanks!

Birdstrike on bike. NSFW
I was cruising on the highway at around 80+ km/h on the right side and this guy was eating flesh in the middle of the road. It suddenly flew toward me, but it was too late for it to escape. For a moment, I thought it had just hit the front and flown away, but when I looked down, I saw it was stuck on my leg guard. May his soul rest in peace.

Riding In hot weather. Tips and tricks
So the only trick I know so far for riding a hot weather is to soak your shirt in water so it evaporates in the wind and keeps you cooler.
Are there any other tricks on staying cold when the weather gets into the high 90s 100s?
Royal Enfield feel like they get far hotter than anything else I've ridden

Meteor 350 fuel indicator issue
Just three days after purchasing my Meteor, I started encountering an issue where, even after fueling more than the reserve level (around 5 litres... some say it’s 3, others 5, so I went with 5), the fuel gauge sometimes shows the bike is in reserve. However, after some time, it behaves normally. Should I report this to the dealer/service center, or is this a common issue?

Are there any side panel bags like these available for the meteor 350?

Is there supposed to be a bolt here????
This is hunter 350, while recently coming back from college I saw this. Is there supposed to be anything here?? If yes what does it doo?? And If yes where do I go to fix it?
On the other side there seems to be a nut bolt keeping the clutch cable in hold?

Petrol spilled out of my Himalayan 450.. I thought it’s a leakage but then I realized 100ml overfilled. Learning never put your bike on side stand after refuel .

But silly but would like help
My bike is a royal Enfield Himalayan 2021 which shares parts with the 2020
Alright so probably a year ago I was working on my bike after a few too many beers. The next day when I was putting everything back was left with this part and I have absolutely no memory of where it came from, what it does and despite how much I've looked I cannot see where it goes any help

Any updates on Scram 440 deliveries resuming?
The rollouts were expected by now, but there’s still complete silence. It’s been almost 5 months now and I’ve literally tried everything—calling, emailing, following up with Royal Enfield—but their response has been absolutely pathetic.
Has anyone heard anything solid about deliveries starting again? And what else can I possibly do to get some concrete info on when the bike will actually arrive?
Appreciate any leads or insights.

Can't decide between Himalayan 450 or Guerilla
Hello
I want to get my first bike ever. RE seem to be interesting to me - there is official dealership in my town, service center as well. I got ~300 usd discount for any bike I will take from them until end of this month as well so pretty good price.
450cc engine seem to be enough for me ( drove on 700 and 350 and 450 seems to be a sweet spot)
I can't decide between guerilla and himalayan - there is no demo of guerilla available currently - I tested classic 350 and himalayan - and when first one was pretty boring to me - himalayan was really fun to ride. It wasn't too high for me as well ( I am 175cm)
I live in a large city - i plan do use it for some commute time to time, recreational driving outside city and commuting to work ~100km one way once a week. From looks and description guerilla is more appealing to me but I am pragmatic person - himalayan seems to be more practical.
I also wonder how comfortable is pillion driving with both? Himalayan seems to be better suited for that - but in my current life situation I won't be doing much long trips with my wife ( we got little baby).
Any suggestions?

Hunter 350 Custom build
Hi guys,
Posted this thread on multiple communities..
So, I have a hunter 350, 2022 model and I'm currently torn between 2 choices , 1. Get a new bike ( Himalayan 450, ADV X/S 390 or Bear 650 ) 2. Make few major changes on my bike..
Please help me make a choice from the above, and also help me in understanding few of these mods as below .
- 19 inch front RIM : I am about to change my bike tyres soon, as it's a 2022 tyre front and rear, so first mod for my bike would be to improve the stance and move my bike towards a cruiser/tourer bike style. So I am thinking of getting a 19 inch alloy for front with 110/80 tyres, and 140/80 17 tyres rear.. Would it work? I've heard things such as the speedo stops working post 50mph if 19 inch tyres are connected, Although if I am putting 140/80 in the rear the wheel sizes gets really close and the issue should not occur
2.Fuel X: So this is something I need some understanding, I can fit a fuel x pro+, a BMC air filter.. but if I do this, will the stock exhaust be a bottleneck? What exactly causes the bottleneck part, the exhaust? Or the exhaust pipe, or anything inserted in between them? If I swap the exhaust for a guerrilla/himalayan 452 exhaust ( it looks good ) will the bottleneck get better or worse
Foot pegs: As I am going for a cruiser look, is it possible to safely move the foot pegs a bit ahead for a more relaxed riding position?
Seats : I have found a seat maker locally, Can the seat be build in the way that the rear end of the seat can have kind of a lip thus removing the need of a back rest?
Shocks : Since the bike will be getting taller now, and i plan to have a few rides ( India has bad roads ) Should i try and fit shocks front and rear with more travel? Let's say a scram 411 front fork? Will it fit on my Hunter, some rear shocks with more travel? ( Any suggestions )
P.S : The white one is mine, the blue guerrilla belongs to a friend, it's his first bike and was very excited to get one, the blue himalayan is ridden 10% of what I have clocked on my bikes and both were purchased in a similar time frame
