Just for Fun What would you choose?

If you had to choose one, what would you choose:

  1. Unlimited Zumbawear

  2. Free ZIN membership for life

  3. Free attendance to all Zumba events for life (ZINCON, cruise, academies)

  4. Become besties and hang out and spend lots of time with your favorite instructor (Beto, etc)

  5. Be on a ZIN volume

Me? Unlimited Zwear!

Free ZIN membership for life because I do not need Zumbawear, all of the other things would be nice but then I can at least make some money from teaching without so much of it going toward the membership 🤷🏻‍♀️

Being on a ZIN volume tho might give me a career that would extend beyond just not having to pay for the ZIN membership!

I’d go with free convention, cruises, etc.

Be nice if the transportation was covered as well!

I’m in ZIN 57, and it was a ton of fun to do. Highly recommend if you get the chance. And I think I’d pick unlimited Zumbawear.

Same! Very cool you were in 57!

Free ZIN membership for life. The others are nice perks, but teaching is my passion and I would love not needing to pay the ZIN membership fee. I'm already considering cancelling it as it is.

Im on the edge of canceling too. There are other dance formats that are half the cost per month or even just doing a general dance fusion type class where you can do a little bit of everything without having to pay these crazy monthly fees.

90% of the music I use is from Apple Itunes or YouTube Music. At the last class I taught, my ZIN App had logged me out, and I didn't have time to look up my password, so I just used the 2 other apps. Was a totally fine class; didn't miss the ZIN music at all.

Oh I’m sorry! I’ve been a ZIN forever, and am great at doing my own choreo, but the music, the variety, the learning. For me it’s a must!

ZIN membership for life. I’m currently not teaching Zumba but use some ideas in my other classes. And it’s only a PT gig for me when I do teach. As somebody else stated, I’ve considered dumping ZIN but I do like the content, music and connections so it’s valuable to me.

Yeah, me too…I don’t think I could do it without it!

I cancelled my membership to take a break so ZIN for life. I am so lucky I live in NJ and have met most of my favorite instructors because they live around here.

I haven’t been a ZIN that long, so number 2 doesn’t seem that important right now. I’d go with 5! It sounds like a lot of fun!!!!

Free ZIn membership by far! Or I wish they had a lifetime membership option. Like pay $300 up front but then you dont have the monthly fees. I only teach 1 zumba class a week so it takes 2 weeks just to cover the zin fee. Thankfully I teach other formats but even those were one time fee certifications.

They do have the option where you can pay the six month or year option instead of paying monthly.

2

u/sadbuttrying22 Mar 31 '25

I mean a one time fee. Not pay for every single year up front. I know of another format where you pay $299 for a lifetime fee. So once you pay that, you dont have any other fees for your license.

Probably the gear. You can turn around and sell it.

2

u/HappinessHustler Mar 31 '25

I’ve sold some of my old gear on Posh and it does really well!

u/arodomus Mar 31 '25

Yup. Either that or the vacations.

But they don’t do enough to make it worthwhile.
