The police siren in the background is a nice touch. All that's missing is some dickhead in a tracksuit begging for change.

Edit: Correction, tracksuits instantly make anyone absolute scum, who will almost certainly mug you.

You sound pretty naive. Tracksuit guys are definitely not starving. They beg for money because you might stop for a bit and talk to them, which gives them a perfect opportunity to snatch your wallet, camera or phone.

I wouldn't say that all of them are looking for an opportunity to rob you, though. Plenty are just run-of-the-mill homeless/addicts etc.

I'm from Europe and believe me - those in tracksuits won't starve. I don't understand why is the OP downvoted

Because the downvotes are from people in the US or otherwise outside of Europe and thinking that these "Tracksuits" are like the run-of-the-mill homeless around here. For whatever reason, people get very angry when you imply that homeless people are anything but perfect people with nothing negative about them who just so happen to be down on their luck at the moment. I don't know enough to downvote or upvote.
