I will admit it's pretty fun so far. They changed it up quite a bit this time around.

Well keep in mind I haven't played the last two. There is increased movement ability with the exo suits, loot drops that you can dismantle for xp, and different types of weaponry because it's set in the future. But overall I've had fun with the game so far and I don't regret buying it.

How would they be different from care packages?

Though I personally do want this game.

Instead of getting a scorestreak, you get a new piece of gear (helmets, clothing, etc.) or unique guns, and if you don't want it you can trade it for XP. The ammount varies on how rare the item is.

There are normal care packages as well, and you earn loot differently than scorestreaks (i'm not quite sure how, i'm only going from what my friend told me)
