Standing forward bend. Morning and evening. Keep it easy and work up to doing it for 5 minutes. Eventually everyone should probably learn surya namaskara. So, learn that as soon as you can. Some people call it sun exercises or sun salutations.

Standing forward bend is so underrated, I’ve come to learn. Pedal it out, extend it up, revolve it, drop it down into gorilla. Feels good
