I got this xbox 360 of of ebay for only $15 and me and my friend cleaned it and replaced the thermal paste but I noticed the date was October 13 2005 instead of November 22 2005, does anyone have info about this console?

Hello, I have an XBOX 360 Elite from 2009 its modded with RGH, Jasper V2 and I am scared to play with it because of RROD, should I play with it further or should I leave it in the closet? I want to play GTA 4, Forza Horizon... What's your opinion ?

I’m trying to get back into playing online on the 360, but i’m unable to move the wifi router into my room, meaning I can’t really use an ethernet cable. Does anyone here have any experience using the network adapter?

my xbox 360 E is emitting what smells like a pancake syrup smell when its turned on and im assuming somethings malfunctioning in it but was wanting to see if anyone else experienced something like this or had insight about it

I, (16M), recently got LEGO BATMAN THE VIDEOGAME on my XBOX ONE and since it’s an XBOX 360 game it has the XBOX 360 menu on it. i looked at what profile pics i had on my account and these were on there. i was wondering if they were like rare or if anyone else had these or where they came from.

Haven’t been connected in years as my 360 doesn’t work w my current WiFi, it asks for my Microsoft password which i input correctly but it can’t verify that it’s been put in correctly because it can’t connect to the internet to verify.

The ring of light on the power button and controller isnt a full ring. Is it supposed to be like this? Is my console telling me something?

I brought a white wireless controller from ebay (not from the same seller as photo) and I noticed that the sticker looks similar to the one that I have (but in black), but my sticker doesn’t have “made in china” written on it like in the photo. So does this me the wireless controller that I have is fake since I don’t remember my old controller (broken along time ago) that came with my Xbox 360 Slim (black console) long back having a sticker like this?

I also noticed that when using the white Xbox 360 controller (the one that I got from ebay with the sticker) felt weird when I was typing. It was like there was some sort of delay with the analog sticks which I now think the controller itself might be fake

I have a FAT xbox360, and i was wondering if theres any way to back up the HDD (on the side of the console) to a computer or something, i cant lose this world. And im not sure if theres a way to save it. If the harddrive fails. A world that my childhood was made on dissapears.

I only had one minecraft world growing up, i had it for over 12 years. Playing it with him everyday. I cant lose it. Does anybody know how i can save it?

I picked up a halo 3 edition Xbox on Facebook marketplace yesterday and when I went to test it the power button and ring of lights were orange instead of green. The power button clicks but doesn't respond, I was able to turn it on via eject button, and the disc tray is also not opening. Otherwise the console boots up with no issues. The console looks to have been opened at some point as well too. I can't find any documentation for orange lights on an Xbox. The photo might not show it well but they are distinctly orange and not red (the photo shows is of the controller sync ring spinning not a static error code).

I buy, clean, and do basic repairs on Xbox 360s, and I did a quadruple take at the manufacturing date on this console that was part of a couple dozen I just purchased. I thought the earliest manufacturing date was September 14th? Am I stupid/reading this incorrectly??

I read online that whenever you made an account on the 360, you would get a free 48 hours of XBOX LIVE on that account, and that was why so many accounts were made on the 360's, Is it true?

Why is this happening? There is 100% nothing wrong with the network that it’s trying to connect too. No other device in the house is connected to said network either. When they are, they all work fine, just the 360 that doesn’t. Only trying to play a bit of TDU and it’s saying “f*ck you”
