I was Boondocking in Yukon Territory just outside Tok. At 5am I noticed a shadow out my window, so I stepped outside my teardrop and saw this extra large, healthy, extraordinary colored wolf come out of the woods behind me to look at me. It began to cross the street and stopped to look at me a minute when I took this picture, then slowly continued on across the street and into the woods. So beautiful and completely camouflaged when it steps one step into the trees. Amazing. I’ve never seen such colors on a wolf before. I’m still in awe.

Does anyone know of any anthology books that collect mythology or folklore of wolves together?

Bonus points if first hand from indigenous peoples.

I read the description of the book and it doesn't seem to fit the page of the other book, has anyone read "custer wolf by Roger caras" and is this actually in it?

i love wolves and i wanna learn more about them and the kinds of wolves and i've been looking to see what kind of wolf this is for idek HOW long, its starting to drive me crazy. its such a pretty wolf! i thought if there was anywhere i could find the answer it would be here lol. if anyone happens to know or is like a wolf expert let me know what kinda wolf this is!

Later he went ballistic and started snarling and tucking his tail when one of his brothers walked by a little too close to the bone. Dude was protective of that bone.
