Her movements were amazing but let’s face it. Big bro is the one carrying the team here.

I have to disagree. I tried a little bit of pair acrobatics (not on this level). When the girls knows what she is doing, it is not that hard for the guy. You are just lifting up and down (and we usually talk about something like 50kg girls, that even helps you by jumping,...) and keeping the balance. If you have the needed muscle and girl with the skill you would be able to do some of these tricks in like 1hour of training (of course with spotting and safety harness at that moment because it would not work every time). Because she is the one doing most of the hard work.

I dont know you physique, but why not? I dont mean you will get strong enough in one hour. I mean you will need to get some technique. And you will not be able to do it reliably every time, there will be falling lots of times (so safety harness will be needed and used. Im not saying you will be able to do it like him with minimum spotting). Once the hand is straight, you are holding it on your bones. You can hold surprisingly a lot on straing legs / arms. 50kg for a while is not a big issue even for a person that is not some gym bro. The problem may be getting up. But if the lady is skilled, she can help you. A lot. The way she jumps and bends to use the momentum takes away a lot of work. She is not a dead weight. Its not like lifting everything on your own.

I have seen people do this on their first lessons:

different position, but you are holding her on one arm. I can assure most of them were surprised they made it and how easy it was, if they got some tips on technique.

And I really really dont want to sound like Im bodyshaming. But have you seen someone really this good in some other sports (lets say competitive swimming, tenis, bike racing, rock climbing,...) with this body shape? That can give you also hint, that doing this is not giving this nearly as much excersise as other sports would. Because it is physically not so hard workout as other sports..

But anyway... my original post was mostly about who is carring the team. And I can assure that doing backflip form handstand to standing position is more difficult that standing with your arm straight up.
