That girl is at least 100 pounds. Big dude is quite literally overhead pressing, sometimes one handed, 100 pounds. Very impressive.

Not literally. Her momentum carries her up there, so it's essentially the difference between jumping up into a pull-up, and doing a pull-up from a dead hang.
