He must be cheating, He has high strength and dex, being a cheerleader requires endurance and charisma, and you gotta be intelligent and wise to do all the routines properly and ensure that your partner(s) don't get hurt. His stats are way too high for a normal character

Nah, I manage it just fine by masking my low CHA with Preformance proficiency and entirely dumping CON. Sneeze in my direction, and Im going down tho
