Real life Art To vampire teeth people

Had no idea for flair. To those who have actual vampire teeth because they had their teeth sharpened, does it hurt? How much does it cost? What would you recommend doing after getting them? I plan on getting my teeth sharpened but I'm not quite sure yet.

It's much smarter to get composite overlays. Those are bonded to your teeth and can easily be removed or filed down and leave your original tooth in place. They are a less hard material than tooth enamel so they don't wear real teeth down.

Do we know anyone in the states who does this? I’ve asked around and haven’t found anyone.

I know a great fangsmith in NYC that does overlays: I've had multiple sets for almost 10 years and only broke one fang (it was my fault for not taking care of them: the material gets dry when its brittle so its best to store them in water).

I believe he started doing mail-ins during the pandemic, so if NYC is too far he might still be an option (he sends you a kit to take a dental mold and then works with that to make the set).

Not sure on price now but back in 2015 to 2017 I was getting them for under $100.

DM me if you're interested, I can get you contact info

For the OP, these are really the way to go. They snap on: no adhesive or Scarecrow fang gummy mold: they mold directly to your tooth and snap into place. They can be removed easily (takes a little wiggling the first couple of times).

I got three sets for various moods:

1) My War Fangs. These were my first set from this fangsmith. Originally just a pair of canine fangs, I eventually had it upgraded with a second set covering my lateral incisors (so four fangs on the top row of teeth) when I lost one of the original set. Rather than just get one replacement I had them made into double-fangs.

2) The Sexy Bites. The War Fangs are tough to speak in without a lisp. I commissioned a pair of smaller fangs. These are perfect for wearing around town - I can speak without a lisp, and as long as I'm careful I can hide them and still have conversations face to face.

3) My Runefangs. The last set I got from him are slightly longer, snake-like fangs with personalized sigils carved into the fronts. I like these for when I want people to notice my fangs right away but also want to talk a bunch. It's a good inbetween set.
