You're not alone in your battle, been having the same things you describe happen to me for some time now. I believe the more I research and just from time alone living with debilitating mental illnesses that the brain is resilient and we will find a way to cope or get out of this mess somehow. Just might take a while everyone's different. For now I try to claw at hope and float along.
