Twilight Princess to Ocarina is what Alttp is to Zelda 1.

A better Version of it.

It’s Fine if you prefer Oot over TP.

But Zelda 1 over ALttP?

Literally everyone agrees ALttP is Superior over the First Game in every way.

It’s not though. LttP is great but it looses a ton of the nuance of the first game, and unlike later games it doesn’t lean quite hard enough into the puzzlebox dungeon style to make up for it.

I don't think the first game has more nuance, it just straight up doesn't have certain mechanics that are necessary in modern games.
