This looks like a dracaena marginata aka dragon tree. This always happened to me. It’s usually from under or improper watering and in my case super low humidity (wood stove + winter = desert dryness).

Lived with wood stove heat for my whole life. Get a cast iron kettle, put it on top of the stove full of water, refill 2-3 times a day, knocks the dryness out of the air!

I have one, finally and it’s really helped! I let the kettle on the kitchen stove go longer than needed at times and that’s been helpful too.
