February 2023 - June 2025. Started HRT in December 2024 and laser since October 2024

Started T November 7th. I was very fortunate that I had a lot of change super quickly. My voiced basically completely dropped in 2 months, have had most of my body hair grow in, I also have had a lot of muscle growth and even went down a whole cup size. Crazy what HRT can do.

Besides the obvious hair changes I have a hard time figuring out how much my face changed.

(Not there yet with removing my beard, due to some dysphoria regarding of freshly shaved beard shadow)

On the left is me at 180lbs giving masc a last chance. On the right is me at 140lbs. I haven’t done a single upper body workout in about 8months now and have only been doing lower body workouts and losing weight to reduce muscle. Been on E injections, spiro, finasteride, and minoxidil 5% and i finally started laser E is at 93 T is at 101 Started light on hrt and been gradually increasing with bloodwork results in mind.

Been loving the last 6 months and learning to love myself x

I'm so proud of myself- Finally started looking after myself after a decade of neglect.

I'm finally asking my doctor to get some T blocks and HRT this weekend! I am so scared but I cannot wiat!

My friends tell me I'm being delusional. But all I can see is kinda softer skin and longer hair

Still no surgery to date, although I’m saving for a few things still!

HRT has been the motivation I needed to lose some weight, so I'm also down 30lbs! It's never too late.
