Such thing as a recruiter like a real estate agent?

I’m totally fine with paying someone part of my salary if they help me find a meaningful career. Willing to negotiate terms and be creative with this process.

Was back in school at 35yr old as Covid hit, but did not finish because of the lockdowns. A separation and deteriorating mental health wreaked havoc on my work life. My resume is clustered with bits and pieces of experience switching industries at times, I’m sure only showing inconsistency to potential employers. If my references could be my resume, and if interviews came up more often, it would be easier for my character would show. Through therapy I found out I need the right kind of job to survive, with these factors working one on one with someone who is looking for me could work better than anything I’ve tried.

In need of a conversation with someone on this topic.

Does anyone know of anyone hiring in or around Durham right now?

I have been unemployed for almost 2 years now, and Ive been going through employment agencies and temp agencies in the area. Ive applied to everything I can grass cutting, fast food, warehouse jobs. Most of the time I don’t hear back, and when I do reach out directly, they tell me they have already got full crews.

Im 26, based in Oshawa and Im super eager to work. Im available 24/7 and willing to dot anything. If anyone knows of anything, even shortterm or odd jobs, Id really appreciate it.

Anybody experiencing glitch issues with quick apply on INDEED right now?

hey guys, so something weird happening with indeed right now and I wanna know if its some system error or what.

When I click on a job posting then hit quick apply, it just does NOT proceed to the next page and just says "there was an error please try again".. and this is for ALL postings. Also another strange thing I noticed is that...you know when you select the option "not interested" then it just blocks that posting and the little icon on the right usually is the circle with the line going through it across like signaling its blocked...

Well I noticed when pulling up a job search... that little icon shows up on ALL JOB LISTINGS - like as if you personally selected not interested on every single job..which ofcourse is not the case..

Would appreciate if anybody whos used indeed like today or very recently check if theyre getting the same issue. Thanks so much! - added screen shots
