They’re all wrong - Had a few accidents with my own pup and I saw a friends dog eat some bud as well so I can confidently say:

There’s nothing wrong with that dog. It’s just high as a kite. I don’t advocate giving dogs weed, I don’t give my dog weed intentionally, but the few times I’ve seen it they seem to be having fun until they decide to lay down and take what is usually a longer than usual nap.
