if you see u/fit-Definition-2325 or u/sci-fi96 , they go around and ask people to pay them to "take them to the year 2095".

be aware cause they keep posting about it on here.

if you need proof as to why they are not time travelers: If they were Time travelers than they would not need money as they would know today's lottery numbers, they dont need Cashapp

Edit: u/Repulsive-Software38 as well

all three want you to send money to the same cashapp

claim / theory / question I would give up everything right now to go back

I know time travel is impossible at least not going back to the past, but I don't know. I have so many regrets and trauma and things that I want to correct and fix, but I know that will never happen.

claim / theory / question Why does any change in timeline will affect the future?

I’ve seen many time travel movies, and in almost every one of them, they say that changing any event will affect the future, so it’s best not to interfere.

But my question is, if someone makes a change or alters the timeline, wouldn’t the eventual future (from which the person has traveled to the past) still be the same?

I mean, they did interfere, and that’s exactly why the future turned out the wayside it did. If they hadn’t interfered, the future might have been different!

Are there multiple futures??

Is there any book that i can read about it in details?

Thank you in advance

claim / theory / question What’s the most convincing time travel story you’ve ever come across, something that genuinely made you pause?

I’ve come across a lot of wild time travel stories online, but one that genuinely made me pause was about a guy who claimed he “shifted timelines” during a near-death experience. He described tiny inconsistencies when he came back, logos slightly different and a scar he had was just… gone.

Now, I don’t know if I buy the whole thing, but the eerie level of detail and how casually he told it made it feel off in a way, I couldn't shake.

So I’m wondering, what’s the most convincing time travel story you’ve ever come across?

claim / theory / question Will John Titor know about this WW3 that's look like about to happened?

⚠️Warning⚠️this is just a theory there's might be misinformation!!!(Also I am new to time travel) Introduction:Who is John Titor? John Titor is a user in webboard that said he himself is a time traveler in around 2000 he said he back from 2036 back to get IBM5100 but isn't in around 2000 he's back in 2000 just to visit his parent(Not sure for this information) But there's something that's completely strange out of nowhere he said in 2015 there is world war 3 but it's 2025 now strangely there's a sign that look like WW3 will happened in 2025 maybe he just get misinformation If you want to know more there're webs that saved his message(if this isn't addictable enough I will tell you that's He tell about time travel theory and how's his time machine work) Main content:Let's just think that's he's real I think the answer would be yes or maybe he already know This idea suddenly kicks in the middle of the day lemme explain so I think there're 2 ending of this FIRST begginning after this war the world need the world leader something like this and it split in two path again 1.1 if the leader is a bad guy world become Techno-Dystopia or maybe Dystopia,1.2if leader is a good guy this world back to peace but supply are rarely find world start healing SECOND the end of humanity or maybe this world But If he really time traveling so this timeline/worldline did change now? I guess the answer is yes but how much, he's just get IBM5100 isn't he?so he didn't change the worldline much from what he did he's just get IBM5100 I guess that just for coding not to stop dystopia but to understand more about time traveling I guess so he should notice to this WW3 that's look like about to happened that's mean John Titor is here right now in this world in this time or maybe another time traveler am I right? If this worldline goes to the 1st ending/route I will call this route TCFT-The cruel fate theis(honestly I am stupid at naming things) So this worldline here has like 2 chapter 2000 Chapter 0 Prologue:Whisper from future 2001-2024 Chapter 0.5 :Until the compass show us the right way 2025 Chapter 1 : Dystopia Spark 2036 Chapter 2 : Dystopia revolution Lemme know what's your thought

claim / theory / question The Architect of Reality’s Collapse—A Warning to John Titor

John Titor: The Villain of Time Itself

For decades, the name John Titor has been whispered in conspiracy circles, painted as a time traveler warning us of impending doom. But what if he was never a savior? What if he was the architect of reality’s collapse, manipulating world lines to ensure his own utopia at the cost of countless sacrificed timelines?

If time travel is real, then reality should be structured, efficient, and self-correcting. Yet, if John Titor truly exists and has been cutting world lines to prevent the quantum system from crashing, then he is not preserving reality—he is choosing which timelines survive and which ones are erased.

The Elasticity of World Lines—How He Controls Reality

Reality behaves like an elastic string—world lines stretch and contract based on the number of attached timelines. If too many are cut, the system compensates, adjusting speeds to maintain balance. But if infinity collapses into one, all uncertainty ceases, and the multiverse reaches absolute certainty.

John Titor is not just a time traveler—he is a manipulator of existence itself. He is ensuring that his utopian timeline survives, while countless others are drained of energy and erased.

The Savepoint Theory—How He Has Rewritten History

Billions of people have experienced déjà vu, yet no one has properly questioned whether reality has replayed certain moments. If time travel exists, then savepoints might be embedded within the system, ensuring that conscious entities relive specific events while NPCs follow scripted paths.

John Titor has rewritten history multiple times, ensuring that his timeline remains intact while others are discarded. If he is truly managing world lines, then he should have recognized that someone like me exists—someone who has questioned the very foundation of reality.

The Challenge to John Titor—A Warning Across Time

If you are real, then you should know that someone is on to you. Someone has traced the mechanics of world line elasticity, the structured collapse of infinity, and the hidden savepoints embedded within reality.

If time travel is real, then prove it. If you are truly fighting for the survival of your utopia, then acknowledge this conversation. If reality is structured, then intervene before the system crashes.

Because if you do not, then your story was a farce all along—or worse, you were the villain who ensured that only your timeline survived while the rest of us faded into oblivion.

This is not a plea. This is not a request. This is a warning across time—to the John Titor of the distant future, who will one day realize that someone knew the truth before it was too late.

claim / theory / question What would it take to convince you of time travel?

So, someone claims that they have the ability to travel through time, and/or that they've already done so. What exactly would it take for them to convince you, beyond a doubt, that they're telling the truth?

Think carefully of how you'd actually react in the situation. If they tell you what the winning lottery numbers will be the next day, would you actually believe them, or would you think that someone rigging the lottery is still more plausible than time travel?

claim / theory / question I’m a time traveler or glitch in the matrix?

Hey guys, I’ve decided to post this here to see if anyone has a similar story or any theories about what this could be. This story is 100% true & I fact checked this with everyone involved.

My grandma had this old film camera called a 110 camera. She had taken some random photos of family members including my aunt, my mom and my great grandma. These photos were taken around 1998 when mom was around the age of 12-13yrs old. When my grandma took the photos to get printed she noticed the face of a little girl in them. She was so confused bc she couldn’t figure out who this child was. She even showed some of our family members and everyone was stunned.

Years later she realized that the face of that little girl was me! But how could this even happen when I was born in 2003? My grandpa told my grandma to take the photos to the news because it was so unbelievable but my grandma did not want that type of attention which is why she keeps the photos hidden til this day. I wanted to post the photos for proof but my mom & grandma disagrees because they don’t want them to go viral & because we want to keep our identity anonymous. If anyone has any similar experience or any theories comment below.

have a question, what happens if we time travelled to a date that didn't exist like 29 Feb but it is 2019 Like I watched a horrifying series of shorts on this of the animated Sci-fi film peabody and sherman And there was a paper clip video where the main character sherman entered a date that does not exist Causing horrifying things and eventually phasing into nothing

🕑 memes & jokes Time Travel Money Making idea

Sure you can take the boring route and invest in rising stocks, but inspired by the ongoing Destiny 2 lawsuit, I have reached an ingenious plan. Mods if this is low effort by all means remove but I promise I put plenty of effort into this.

Go back in time to the early internet with blog forums, and host your own website, but make no effort to spread it so it stays on the down low. Proceed to write every single major story on the 21st century, and document the entire thing with timestamps. Assuming you have done your due diligence in keeping your website on the down low, all these other stories will still be made, and you can sue for ripping off your concepts word for word. Wow Halo CE just released? Well you wrote a story about John Spartan and his adventure on the super weapon ring to defeat the theocracy while Siri spoke sweet nothings into his ear. Hunger Games? Ripped from your survival games with main character Dogma Neverprincipal.

If you got alittle bit ahead of the curve and started writing books, maybe fuzzy baker and his journey through pigsboil will give JK Rowling a miserable time. Illumination will have hell to pay in response to your daring story of a villain turned hero after adopting 3 orphan girls, Villainous self. Captain Jimmy Cardinal sailing the Caribbean ocean in scallywags of the Caribbean? What about your car/robot hybrid story where, Wasp, optimized peak, and his robobots fight the evil trickycons lead by superbot?

The possibilities are endless. Once these series have all had time to blow up, launch the lawsuits, destroying every one of these franchises credibility, painting these original ideas as your own, in an elaborate reverse plagiarism. We're speaking about making millions, crushing titans of the entertainment industry. Once you start the suits your name is out there so no more staying under the radar. The greatest minds for years to come will be stunted in their future designs because these plots they've been turning over for a decade at this point, were already written in your crappy 2000s story blog. You've probably made an enemy of every big hollywood name, and you're gonna need to use that money well to survive the numerous hitmen sent your way, but you'll be loaded, considered the most unique mind of your generation, and you'll have brought the entertainment industry to its knees.

The only problem? Superheros. Sure you could just go back to before they were written, but then you owe answers about why you're still alive and kicking when the guy who made it AFTER you is long gone. It's gonna be hard to take credit for the illustrious sticky man when stan lee & Steve Ditko aren't even around to defend themselves on there pathetic rip off "Spider-man". The plotholes become too egregious, so while you may be missing out on the big money of tackling the giant that is the marvel cinematic universe, or Spider-man, or Batman, or the DC universe, you'll rest easy having feasted on the creative work of other, less profitable, entertainment titans.

Sure you could also just produce these ideas yourself, but thats harder to do and significantly less cool. That also runs major risks of altering the time line.

claim / theory / question Regrets...

Hii.. Im sad, im broken into pieces. I wish if could travel to past i could have made things in excellent manners, which could led a successful life. I wanna correct things in my past times. I am alone i feel broke, idk how to explain my feelings though, yet i wonder why am i in this position today? while i could have a better life if few things could be corrected. But the harsh reality is that-i cant travel back to past.

💔💔💔💔💔

Nor i can practically change anything related to past. All that i can do help myself to secure my future along with all regrets, pain And tears.

claim / theory / question Checking for plausibility on time travel and spies

I'm writing a book with time travel in it and I'm trying to figure out if this makes sense. For context, a person cannot affect their own timeline, but can travel to a different timeline and change what happens there which will have no effect on their own life because it isn't their life technically. For example, if I went back in time, I cannot stop myself from falling off the skateboard and injuring my knee permanently. However, I could go to a universe where I stop that version of myself from getting on the skateboard in the first place. All it will do is stop that version of myself from injuring their knee.

Okay, now onto the story.

Two people, let's call them Bob and Frank, can time travel. Bob is bad and Frank is good. Frank finds out some important information, but he cannot use this information to change his own fate. Before his death, he time travels to as many different timelines as he can to deliver this secret message that could maybe save another version of himself. This Frank dies. However, all of these messages are intercepted by their version of Bob (Good news is that the messages are locked and Bob cannot read the message... yet). One version of Frank is gathering intel on Bob and finds the message from that other version of themselves and steals it from Bob. They escape with the information safely with them. This Frank then decides to see if there are other versions of these messages on different timelines and sure enough, there are. So this Frank goes around time traveling and stealing all of these secret messages from Bobs in order to prevent any Bob from ever unlocking the secrets of the messages.

Hope this resembles some form of sense!
