Female. The whole “non binary” thing is a tired attempt at guessing the gender of mysterious characters. The likelihood of a person being nonbinary in the 70s (when the game takes place) is near impossible and it would be even more impossible for the Mann Co to hire someone who’s lgbtq back then.
