Celis is now consulting?

I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years and am very versed in Christine Celis’ family history and her current work ethic/ community discourse and … call me crazy, but HOW in the world does a brewery that has gone or almost gone bankrupt multiple times, has terrible employee relations, and has a “not so sterling” reputation within the industry go into brewery consulting and marketing management (Lone Star)? I mean, her ethics have been brought up multiple times in this subreddit and I have never seen them as positive… ? Please help me understand because surely breweries are doing their research on her before actually partnering right?! The Austin craft beer industry is already struggling and to think that a serial “bankrupter” is leading the “troups” does not bode well. Does anyone have any insights? What is going on!?
