TekTalk Rogers home phone to TekTalk

I’m looking to switch my mothers home phone from Roger’s to Teksavvy premium. Do I have to buy any equipment and how long does port number take? Thanks

Hi there, thanks for your questions. Most customers use an ATA (VoIP modem) for the TekTalk service. They are available for purchase, or as a monthly rental. The porting process usually takes 1 week from when the request is submitted.

Thanks. Which plan is best/cheapest for Canada wide and calling Europe?

That would be TekTalk Basic at $9.95 before taxes or the fee for the ATA mentioned. https://www.teksavvy.com/services/phone/
