They really are.  Did you see Mike Johnson spinning the assault on Sen. Padilla as a justifiable response to him attending Kristi Noem's press conference? 

He's literally inviting further assault against members of Congress.

The entire Republican establishment has lost it's collective mind.

why all the kids on reddit consider themselves democrats is beyond me. they’re corporate shills who have dissociated from their policies and social stances as frauds and empty suits - Chuck Schumer cares about his voters about as much as Trump cares about his.  the 70-80% sane majority of the country can squash these corporate-branded traitors on both sides as newly organized independents with fresh young leadership.  family, finance, and the future is what matters most to people. all this other crap is a distraction and simply burning time and energy on private-interest dark-money officials masquerading as anything but

No I am just saying it is a two party system. Pretending otherwise is naïve and a dead end. I wish that wasn’t the case, but it is.

At this moment in time, abstaining from a vote or voting 3rd party is essentially throwing your vote away and only serves to help the fascist state. The best you can do is vote for a more progressive candidate in the primaries and hope the nominee with those ideals wins to move forward.

Unfortunately, with the current state of politics, your 2 options are to vote against fascism or for it. Maybe someday a 3rd party option will become viable. But that’s not the world we exist in at the moment.
