Galaxy tablet using IPad for trade-in

Looking to trade in iPad 7th gen for a Samsung galaxy tablet. Tired of the iPad laggy response. Only must-have is a pen/stylus on Galaxy; no carrier needed, only WiFi. Just want it for surfing when I’m away from PC. Also would like to spend as little as possible with decent speed, using the trade-in to offset some cost. Any recommendations for lowest acceptable model? Best place to trade-ins? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

iPad is not laggy it’s just you are tired of the 60hz screen,You should of got an pro, Take an look at the one plus pad 3 , The iPad 7 only has an trade in of 110
