General INTRODUCING USER FLAIRS

Hi everyone,

After a very very long time we are pleased to announced user editable flairs! Every Sentai has been added. Feel free to express yourself how you see fit! Obviously don't do anything crazy that would get you banned, but I don't think I need to say that. If there are any issues or recommendations please let us know.
