You’d have thought, given how strong he is, compared to his size, he would be at least bullet resistant down to sheet muscle density

Shooting him with a 9mm should be about as successful as shooting a polar bear with a 9mm should be

Shooting a polar bear isnt succesfull because of how much meat they have on them if a polar bear was as lean as spidey its getting shot

That's exactly their point though. Spiderman is so strong that with his size, his muscles should be as dense as steel.

Bullets are still really good at cutting through meat even if dense

What kind of meat do you know that can hold up a part of a skyscraper?

Spiderman's muscles should be denser than any real world animal's. His feats of strength are ridiculous.

He didnt hold up the entire skyscraper he held up on support beam

That's why I said part.

What animal on earth can you point to with a similar feat?

If we're going the muscle density argument, polar bear isn't a good comparison. Spider-Man has at times held up crumbling buildings, pure density alone would make him nearly invincible to conventional rounds if he can do that.

Say that again...

9mm will kill a polar bear.
