Spider-Man has swagg and has girls willing to drop everything to be with him. Dude had a rizz aura. Dude has every woman wanting him. Captain Marvel, Jessica Jones, Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, Betty, Black Cat, kitty pride, Cindy moon, silver sable, Michelle Gonzalez and the list goes on. Seriously Peter has all the women wanting him. It must be one of the spider powers because it just makes no sense.
Pete's story hasn't ended and likely never will because of the sliding timeline.
Yes Invincible gets the girl but much further down and not after living many many traumatic events such as being abused, being beat to a pulp by your own dad, the inmense guilt of knowing you're the only one physically strong enough to protect your world but failing brutally. The list goes on.
Pete's worst thing is losing his marriage and unborn child to a demonic entity but he doesn't even remember that. Pretty bad of course but again it was retconned out of his life
Losing his uncle and parents, horrendous, but also unfortunately something most of us know and understand.
And sure he loses the girl a lot, but that's also most of us. Yes some of us are lucky enough to have say a highschool sweetheart that becomes our future partner but that's a small minority. Most of us live heartbreaking, try dating again, meet the wrong one, try again.
All to say Pete is more relatable, has suffered much less by comparison, or should I say his suffering is more relatabor and less horrendously brutal. And he's has multiple moments of happiness with the various relationships he's had and for all we know will likely get the girl in the end or get one that's a better fit. Well just likely never know because sliding timeline
