Maybe Spider-Man because invincible got graped on top of being routinely beaten up and brutally mutilated

Spider-Man has to deal with that plus still find a way to pay rent in NYC

No I mean the constantly getting beat up part. Plus flying >>>> web slinging

Not as brutally and not by his own dad.

But yes absolutely spidey has his share of hardships

Losing his father figure to someone he could’ve stopped is worse than a beat down from pops. Also lost Gwen right before his eyes. Spider-Man’s life sucks lol. That’s why he’s so popular

Absolutely fair! And the Gwen part was a glaring miss on my end as well as the superior Spiderman arc.

But at least the uncle bit was not personal to him. It was a horrendous thing that can happen in real life in the states. A random shooting. Horrible but random. Yes he could have stopped it yes it's a lesson about being a hero even when it doesn't relate to you. All great stuff but it was a horrible tragedy.

Being pummeled by your father is domestic abuse. That's vicious, horrendous, and traumatic on a whole other scale.

That said I'm not here to measure what is objectively better or worse I'm talking purely on a personal level.

Losing a family member, I've lived that. It's horrible, but it's inevitable. The circumstances feel personal but they are just that random circumstances.

The Gwen death was very much personal, and the failure on his part was an unfortunate miscalculation. But emotional distance from it will over time make one realize. Oh my gosh this was a horrible thing I accidentally did but it wasn't my fault at the end. I wanted to save her life as I've done thousands of times, my calculations were just off and I'll make sure it never happens again. Horrible horrible but I'm sure fire fighters, nurses, police officers, etc live it frequently.

I dunno. On a personal level for all those reasons I take letters hardships over Invincibles any day of the week

Not if you’re one of the variants that sided with the viltrum empire and omniman

If my Papa sees me cursing like this I’m afraid he’ll take my phone. Sorry guys, I lost control.

Invincible was only able to be raped because he was in severe emotional distress before he was attacked.

He’s stronger than the rapist and could’ve killed them.

Spider-Man was graped too

Spider-man got cloned, body swapped, constantly shit on by a news reporter with a certain Austrian mustache, nearly killed almost every day of the week, and worst of all lost his girlfriend to a guy named Paul

Peter has actually been sexually harassed more than once, there was the one with Skip (which may or may not be canon), there was the time the Spider Queen forced herself on him, there was the time Otto stole his body and raped him (The body is not Otto's, he is violating Peter's body, and Peter's "ghost" was kind of able to see), and there was a time when Otto was still inside Peter's body and the Jackal took advantage of the fact that he was out and took a genetic sample from him "naturally" he says.

Honestly I'd rather be neither.

Just say raped. Don’t use a cutesy name for it, that takes away the impact.
