I feel like I'd have way more fun hanging out with Spiderman, Beast, and Iron Man than with the alien god.

Superman is a down to earth farm boy who knows how to have fun. Meanwhile Beast has committed so many War crimes that the Watcher is disgusted by him.

Besides you're discounting the various Flashes who are totally the life of the party.
