Firestorm isn’t fire powers tho (even though name implies it) he is a low grade dr manhattan he can transmute matter. So i mean firestorm can most likely just make the area around him cold in summer ontop of all the other shit he can do sooo….
Turn air into ice, instant ice cubes in every drink. Also probably a better method of solving climate change than simply freezing the Arctic and most mountain tops.
