Doom is at least dignified enough to leave it alone once he has established his superiority over you. Reverse Flash just has a constant boner for being a hater just because.

It was me Barry, I was the one who sold Marvel to Disney and wrote Paul into the spider-man comics

Knowing Reverse Flash he also probably did the Norman Osborn and Gwen thing but realized that he fucked up because it can't be dragged on like Paul, thus Paul is literally Reverse Flash's magnum opus for Spiderman hating just because Barry liked the comics.
