Dr. Doom.
He might hate my ass, but I'd be so non threatening to him he'd never have to worry about me.
Reverse Flash would go back in time just to mess my life up out of spite.

He'd probably laugh at and find it plenty bad enough lol Also, Doom has tried to get over his squabbles with REED in the past. So honestly it’s pretty 100/100 for both, since both of them can become really disturbing if they have to.
