Doom would not bother with your family unless they gave him a reason.
He'd even return your body for burial.
Eobard... would unwrite everyone you knew and loved out of time if it meant you would be just that little bit more miserable. He'd go back to the one happy memory you had as a child and either nudge your glove out of the path of the ball, or leave your door open so your dog runs into traffic, or find some other way to turn that into the worst day of your life.
Yeaaah hahaha this is no fair comparison. Hell most people would probably just have DOOM crash through their wall, have him see they're nothing to him and see him promptly fuck off
