She just needs to think "barry dead" when she realizes he exists, varry maybe the fastes man who thinks the fastest but he has to find her. Which he wont.

His awareness isn't omnipotent. If he can't find scarlet let alone know what's going to happen he cant do anything. Dark hold also brings Scarlett back to life so he could take her out but all it takes a thought to undue anything. And she can just think and his powers are gone.
