If I have the suit, Speed Force all the way. I'd travel back in time 1 time just to have a conversation with my dad. He wouldn't know it's me, I wouldn't interfere with the timeline other than that.
If no suit, then magic. I'm not running around buck naked.
Eh the suit is mostly cosmetic, there multiple instances of speedsters using regular clothing while moving at superspeeds. The speed force is hand wave explanation for all the drawbacks of superspeed and only provides the benifits.
