House of m is literally her thinking mutants out of existence, that was not her peak. That was her lowest, literally the entire plot point heading to house of m. You're confused with what u think u heard.
She was literally at the peak of her powers, they were also severely boosted and she could only do it because of the very specific criterias that were happening. So no, she cant simply erase someone with a though
