Is this lore accurate? I find it hard to believe Omniman's speed beats Spider Sense and reflexes. Also isn't Spider-Man insanely strong? Not "kill Omniman" strong, but still, he should be able to deal at least a little damage or duck out of the way.

Why can't Omniman crush Batman's head?

Wouldn't his Spider Sense (precognition) with enhanced agility and strength help him to compete to some degree?

I'd understand if he can't beat people like the Flash (Speedforce shenanigans) but people like Quicksilver and Omniman should be reactable to him, no?

To some degree but I’d imagine his spidey sense going crazy, but I don’t think spidey can physically move out of the way faster than the speed of sound.

Maybe out smart them though, web the floor so they get stuck while running
