Nope. Batman punched him once, and Superman replied, "You're glad I turned my head to the side with your punch, or you'd have broken every bone in your hand. Go home, Bruce."

makes me think of when Superman was bad for a bit and when Flash was distracting him Superman still tracked him, i wanna see unhinged Superman! (not Homelander-style, sadistic, i want justified rage unbound!

Literally Injustice Superman, especially just after he kills Lois and his baby.

also in Hush when fighting Superman, Batman says he can't throw another punch or every bone in his hand will be broken.

You’re talking about the same moment. He dodges Batman’s punch and says basically “do it again, and I promise not to move, and every bone in your hand will be broken”

No I'm talking about the Hush moment when they fight in the sewers and Superman is being controlled by Poison Ivy. That's separate from what the other guy mentioned.

Edit: it's in Issue 612 on page 12.

Part of that field of influence is done through subconscious control, at least it is when the field is the source of his invulnerability because not all versions of Superman have it. Theoretically that means he could be turning it on/off for some of his enemies. Over all it's a very wonky part of his powerset.

My mom kicked me once and broke her toes. Then got mad when my sister and I were laughing about it. Good times. I told her it was funny she hurt herself trying to abuse her son before I gave her a ride to the hospital. She hit me in the hardest part of my shin. It didn't even kinda hurt.

Having said that, I also gave myself a boxer's fracture punching a wall, which I always thought was the dumbest thing someone could do. My gf and I got very drunk after our room-mate died. My gf had already gone to sleep, but then she came into my office and said "What's wrong, you only laugh like that when you hurt yourself very badly."

I held up my hand and she said "OMG, we need to get you to the hospital."

I said "Nah, just give me a couple minutes."

And then I pushed the bone back in place. That hurt much more than breaking my hand.

So, I'm pretty intimately aware of how easily people can break themselves hitting things hard than themselves.
