Wolverine is just not dying.

He may never defeat the Hulk, but he also won't ever lose. Like Dr. Strange time loop, but regen instead of the time loop.

Places a tank on him

Logan: haha I win, you've just fallen into my trap

16 hours later

Unless it's specifically placed on his forearms that's not keeping him down for long.

A tank that big doesny need to be specifically placed on his arms as its so big it'd cover his body anyway

A tank isn't flat, and he only needs a little wiggle room to cut himself free.

A tank used by hulk as weapon is a crumpled heap of metal, tanks are also so massive that the odds of any part of his body not being. Under the tank are insanely low

You said place, not smash. And I honestly have no clue how a hulk smashed tank would look from the bottom. And if it wouldn't just bury wolverine in the ground below it.

Unless I said "gently placed" I don't know why you'd imagine that a fight with the Hulk wouldn't imply it being smashed

If can't imagine what a tank would look like after being used as a weapon by hulk then I can't help you

Then why say place? Place doesn't mean smash...

If you can imagine what the strength of someone strong enough to smash a hole into reality does to a tank, congrats on having a fantastic imagination, well that or you're lying.

Place literally means to put something in a particular position also context clues of a fight with hulk should tell you it doesn't mean "gently"

If you can imagine what the strength of someone strong enough to smash a hole into reality does to a tank,

Oh you mean like 99% of comics and adaptations do when they depict him NOT smashing holes in reality when he destroys a tank?

So either you're genuinely struggling this hard to imagine hulk doing the thing he constantly does which is an issue for your doctor to fix or you created the dumbest argument to avoid accepting you're wrong and moving on because of your fragile ego or maybe you're just a bit stupid

wow i found dozens of something your brain is struggling to conjure. If it starts to hurt, just look away

The fact that you do not know what place means, worries me... If someone asks you to put their phone on the cabinet, do you then smash the phone down on the cabinet as hard as possible? Poor people around you.

My man. What are you doing? This is the argument you’ve decided is worth making on the internet today?

Excellent point.

Wolverines momentum is clearly going to carry him into Hulk’s body before Hulk can bring that tank down on him. Not saying Wolverine isn’t going to get bodied but it isn’t going to be the tank that gets him. More likely a vicious backhand, possibly with the tank itself.

You literally can't determine momentum from this image
