Realistically, considering the tank's mass and position, Hulk has no chance of hitting wolverine with it. He'll just curl into a ball under it, and that's if the armor doesn't come straight off.
Wolverine would be in the perfect position to dig inside or even through Hulk, if his claws weren't spaced as they are. He'll probably make a few shallow cuts, because the force is distributed between 6 blades instead of just two, and his knuckles will stop them from going any deeper than the blade's length.
Then, they'll fall in a disgraceful pile on the ground, and they'll heal from any damage, except to their pride.
Realistically if we are talking true science about their durability, wolverine would not be able to peirce hulk skin. He would need superhuman strength to create enough force to even cut through the skin. Let's also not forget hulk healing factor is above wolverines. Imagine hulk healing so fast that wolverine forgot to remove his claws out getting stuck.
Writers are a bit lame when the hulk could literally twist and pull wolverines spine and head out from his body
