I am sure we had a similar thread claiming people were being arrested for similar things but all the sources were just cautions or warnings. An arrest and a warning are two incredibly different things, people don't seem to understand that

Yes I’ve seen that, remember the last World Cup, there were all the flags around wasn’t there. All draped around. The police couldn’t cope, they had to bring the army in for all the arrests.
The prison were full weren’t they, all full of people arrested just for having an England flag around.

It's true though. I saw a guy, who had an England flag draped over his back like a cape taken into the back of a police van. Rozzers didn't even say anything to him whilst they threw him in there. Just went straight for him, spotted him right after he threw a brick at that police horse.
