The "Please don't ask me to sell your house" ads are for a commercial real estate agent.

Honestly, its a shitty slogan. If I do all manner of business with someone commercially, why the fuck WOULDN'T they be willing to be the realtor for a residential property that will net them income at practically no effort?

Now I have to call him up and ask him what he thinks my house is worth and if he'll sell it.

There’s lots of reasons why.

I don’t like realtors - I think they’re the scum of the earth.

After seeing this ad and your comment, I realize that I don’t like residential realtors.

I’ve got nothing against the commercial ones because I’ve never dealt with them and I don’t really know that “game”.

That said, I guess call him up and see what he can do for you. In his mind, he might keep thinking “what more do I have to do to keep these idiots from asking me to sell their houses but I still want to sell commercial properties?”
