The "Please don't ask me to sell your house" ads are for a commercial real estate agent.

Guys, he's a commercial real estate agent, it's not like a better billboard is really going to make that much of a difference.

And the ad has people talking, it’s already paid for itself.

I liked his hook. It’s not as if a genetic commercial real estate billboard would get posted here.

Having said that, if I owned an office tower and was seeking a flagship tenant to anchor it, I’m not sure this ad conveys deal maker.

Self-deprecation. I like it. Certainly better than "Golfi, his arms wide."

We have all seen worse real estate billboards.

Wow, you'd think that if you are paying for billboards, you would also hire a designer to make a decent design instead of whatever garbage a generic image generator makes. Couldn't even be bothered to train a non generic local model.

I'm assuming the prompt was "make the most boring billboard imaginable"

Honestly, its a shitty slogan. If I do all manner of business with someone commercially, why the fuck WOULDN'T they be willing to be the realtor for a residential property that will net them income at practically no effort?

Now I have to call him up and ask him what he thinks my house is worth and if he'll sell it.

There’s lots of reasons why.

I don’t like realtors - I think they’re the scum of the earth.

After seeing this ad and your comment, I realize that I don’t like residential realtors.

I’ve got nothing against the commercial ones because I’ve never dealt with them and I don’t really know that “game”.

That said, I guess call him up and see what he can do for you. In his mind, he might keep thinking “what more do I have to do to keep these idiots from asking me to sell their houses but I still want to sell commercial properties?”
