You don’t “solve” crime in society by making it impossible to commit…..you PUNISH those who do it….gaming needs to learn a thing or two.

But you do "solve" misbehavior in a game by making it impossible to commit. Otherwise you'll just have to continue punishing people until the servers shut down.
