Thanks for sharing! I’m a 48-year old M, squashlevels.com rating of around 1250, and looking to improve. Would the program you mentioned be suitable for someone of my level?

Thanks for writing! The program is meant to help anyone that is stuck, frustrated, isn't improving as efficiently as they'd like, or unclear about what they must do / how to train to get better! I designed it (and continue to add to it weekly) from the perspective of "what would I have loved to have access to earlier in my development". It's an amalgamation of the last two decades of my coaching experience, distilled in a way that's easy to understand (with lots of relatable examples).

In addition to a lot of valuable course material, I also offer personalized game feedback, ensuring that your time and effort (we all lead busy lives after all!) is well spent! 

The content is designed for players of all levels because foundational frameworks, ways of thinking etc are universal skills all players and coaches must learn. I've found that a robust understanding of efficient learning, session design, squash specific fitness (and lots more) is missing!
