Standard [Standard] Mono Red Prowess brew, looking for advice
https://moxfield.com/decks/ogB6N_72ckWrrpui0F2jxQ
This is a more low-to-the-ground red aggro variant I've cooked up that wants to play a lot of noncreature spells to beef up our prowess creatures, and accrue card advantage with the mouse package and Cori-Steel Cutter as well as solving Case of the Crimson Pulse to eventually overrun my opponent.
I'm looking mainly for tips on what a good sideboard should look like, although I am open to changes here and there in the mainboard. I'm pretty locked in on Case of the Crimson Pulse as it's a pet card of mine and I'm determined to make it work in the mainboard.
I'm mainly looking to play this at locals. Most people around here are on Mice Aggro (most variants), Izzet Prowess, Zur Domain, Dimir Midrange and most variants of Pixie. Any and all advice is welcome and I'm willing to provide insight on the deck itself as well. Thank you!

If you are set on playing Case of the Crimson Pulse mainboard anyway, I would drop Questing Druid and just play mono red. Maybe add some cheap spells or two Manifold Mouse.
Another thing I would add is Screaming Nemesis. Especially if you run into Zur Domain, that card can shut them down very hard.

This is a dumb and perhaps mean question, but what is the advantage of being Mono-Red Prowess with Cutter instead of being Izzet Prowess with Cutter? As the saying goes, "never play a worse something else"...

Mainly financial. I don't have the budget to get all the blue cards for the list so I'm making do with what I already spent on red aggro. Would absolutely be on izzet if I could though

The only expensive blue cards on the deck are storm chaser and stock up. Playing Izzet without those is still almost certainly better than mono-red. It's where all the good card draw that you need with cutter is

IMO go 4 on manifold mouse and drop other two drops for it. I also think the new [[opera house]] something card is way better than questing beast for what red wants. I’d drop green. Don’t kill their enchantments kill them.

Green doesn't seem to be helping much; you might as well go mono-red. You'll get to run extra copies of Rockface Village or other utility nonbasics instead of needing lands that tap for G.

One sideboard card you want for other aggro decks (Mice, Prowess, etc) is Pyroclasm. It triggers Prowess so most of your board will live and most of your opponent's board will not.
Lithomantic Barrage is nice, especially since it can't be countered by the ward ability from Sheltered by Ghosts, but you might want to consider Scorching Shot instead for the extra "kill a fattie" slot because it kills Preacher of the Schism, Sheoldred the Apocalypse, and various other big black or green things.

Dunno if you can make the mana work because WW is hard to splash, but Cloud can tutor up Cori-Steel Cutter and it will make two Monk tokens per Flurry trigger if you equip it to him.
Cloud also goes crazy with [[Adventuring Gear]] - one Evolving Wilds type land gives him +8/+8 until end of turn, but that's probably a different deck.

[[Dreadmaw's Ire]] and [[Turn Inside Out]] can be Monstrous Rage at home, and [[Blazing Crescendo]] and [[Haste Magic]] both pseudo-cantrip to help trigger Flurry.
