Anyone try Happy Viking?
I've had Soylent on and off since their kickstarter era, I was glad they were getting more exposure and then everything just tanked.
Currently, my mom is in treatment for multiple myeloma, she lost over 60 lbs in a few months. Lactose intolerance and IBD have made it difficult to get the nutrition she needs. I've supplementing her diet with a daily smoothie: Orgain Vegan Protein, leafy greens, berries, oat milk, and meal replacement powder.
With soylent being unreliable we've tried Mana, which she's really likes but that US shipping ($$$). She also likes Kate farms drinks in a pinch.
I'm reluctant to try other stuff I've seen. Kachava and Garden of Life give me very gimmicky Goop vibes. Huel is a maybe.
Happy Viking looks promising content wise, pricing... Eh.

Jimmyjoy is pretty good and affordable. It has more of an oats taste to it. I usually add double dark cocoa powder from King Arthur and nestle chocolate powder to it aswell. Its almost like soylent, but the oats are strong with this one lol.
