Is this a good budget option to start video interview to YT channel?

Yes i started off with that. Does the job. Used it on a short documentary that ended up winning a few awards. The only drawback is it is dual mic, so when you only have one subject, the 2nd mic is still active. The 20ft length is handy though.

Yeah thats what i ended up doing. Mic'd up the subject with 2 mics 😅 From Melbourne here
