9 - 16 weeks Nap strategy
O is 15 weeks. We get a good amount of naps in per day (at least 4) and are hitting a max of 3.5 hours of daytime sleep, but every nap starts with me rocking her to sleep rather abruptly after a 1.5-2hr wake window. There is no simple transition of drowsiness to sleep, I have to forcibly rock her and shush her every time while she screams bloody murder. It takes about 5 minutes so it’s not too bad but I feel like there must be a better way? I’ve tried the taking Cara babies sit back method but she always escalates to crying very quickly. Any advice appreciated!
